I am taking a different approach this time than the last time we did this.

Anyone can apply and everyone will get paid.

The Details:

We are opening the doors one more time for guest bloggers, the rules has been changed since the last time we did this, this time it’s better for you, the blogger.

We came up with 2 different programs to make it easy.

Blogger Plus

&

Premium VIP Blogger

The first program (Blogger Plus) will have the opportunity to blog directly into GuruOfSales under any of the available categories.

The second program (Premium VIP Blogger) will have the opportunity to blog in our newest project (To be announced in April 09) directly, get paid more per post, instant update without edits or reviewing, receive a special VIP package delivered to your location that will include free goodies made just for you.

To qualify for our paid guest blogger programs, you must meet the following requirements:

For Blogger Plus:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older.

2. You must have access to a reliable computer and the Internet.

3. You must be fluent in English.

4. You must be able to write for English speaking audience. Non-English blogs will not be accepted.

5. You must be passionate about the topic you choose. Please no “diary/journal” blogs!

6. Prior Blogging and online publishing experience is VERY helpful!

7. Knowledge of common social networking sites (e.g. Twitter, facebook and YouTube) is a big plus.

For Premium VIP Blogger:

1. Meet all the requirements for Blogger Plus program.

2. Meet the numbers according to the table below.

What you will get as our new guest blogger:

For Blogger Plus you will get:

1. A new blog hosted on GuruOfSales.com for free. Choose your name, category & topic!

2. Guaranteed $ cash per thousand unique visitors according to the table below.

3. The more traffic you get the more money you get paid!

4. As a guest blogger, you set your own hours and can work from anywhere you choose!

For Premium VIP Blogger:

How it works?

To qualify for Premium VIP Blogger there is one rule:

Get over 5000 readers per any of your articles in less than 30 days.

Your upgrade to Premium VIP Blogger is permanent, meaning, if you write one article and you get 5000+ readers within the first 30 days from your article’s publishing date, you will be upgraded to Premium VIP Blogger instantly and forever, even if you’re next articles get less readers per month.

For example:

a. You qualify and agree on our terms.

b. You start blogging with us in the Blogger Plus program.

c. We monitor every article your write separately.

d. You get 1200 unique readers to a single article within the first 30 days of publishing your article.

e. We pay you $10 per that article.

f. If your article gets 3200 readers within the first 30 days, we’ll pay you $30.

OR

a. You qualify for Premium VIP Blogger upgrade.

b. We monitor every article you write.

c. You get 3200 unique readers per single article within 30 days of publishing it.

d. We pay you ($50 X 3)= $150.

e. If any of your articles gets 5000+ unique readers, we’ll pay you the regular per 1000 unique plus a bonus $250.

f. You get 5001 unique readers per article in less than 30 days, you will get ($50 X 5) + $250= $500.

Simply put, it’s the eBay of jobs!
Being a computer geek/blogger I got many jobs from elance.com in my early days (not that early though).
Elance.com allows people worldwide to buy or sell their services and products, or even talents!

Here is how it works:

You subscribe to elance, a small monthly fee will be charged, you view jobs posted under your expertise, you bid a reasonable price for the job and the job’s poster might choose you based on experience (and of course your low bid), then you communicate with them, finish the job and get paid. That is it.
For example: I subscribed to elance in the beginning as a web developer, Then I was able to view and choose between 250-500 jobs posted at that time, choose a programming job that I thought fits my skills, the lowest bid was $150 for the entire job, I bid $145 and was awarded the job, talked to the job’s poster, she explained in more details what she needed, took me about 40 minutes to finish what she needed then submit it, she was happy with what I’ve done and paid me instantly using PayPal.
In this example, it took me less than an hour from start until I got paid, between searching, bidding and working on the job. Some jobs take a bit longer depending on the bidding ending date, or how big the job is.

As a freelance writer, I found it better for me to get a copyright (or ghost) writing jobs better than programming or web developing.
However, elance offers way much more variety of jobs, to name a few: Programming & web developing, Sales and marketing, graphic designing, writing and translation, finance and management, even legal advice is offered there as a job category.

At the time of writing this article here are some facts you may need to know:

• In the last 30 days there were 20,180 jobs posted.
• There are 134,658 experts on elance.
• The amount paid and work done since 2005 is of a value of $139,020,239

That means, that no matter what you do, there is a job related to you that you might want to grab the extra cash from.

In time you will build your reputation and gain trust all over the site, and job posters will preffer hiring you even if your not bidding or ask for a higher prices on their posted jobs.

Is it worth to subscribe?

Simply: Yes. My own average jobs is worth $250 per article. average writing jobs today is 7000+ taking only 2 jobs a day will equal $500 (a day!), with a commitment to do it for 30 days (considering being lucky finding 2 jobs a day and being awarded the jobs) that would be $15000 per month, the subscription as of today is $30 a month. So, I think it is worth it.

Of course elance offers a lot of advice from bidding to accepting the jobs, and it’s all available for free as soon as you log in (The Elance University!).

Did I mention that basic posting of a job is for free!

The incredibly famous blogger (& one of my three blogging heroes) Darren Rowse of ProBlogger wrote an article today about this one blog run by one man, Bankaholic.com is a WordPress blog run by John Wu, Darren said that he received emails reporting that Mr. Wu blog was sold for up to a nice $15 million to PaidContent.org The deal is to pay $12.4 million upfront and another $2.5 mill over the next 12 months and Mr. Wu will remaiun blogging on the site.
I think it’s a very fair (& a bit higher than normal) price for just one blog, but like Darren mentioned, with a current 42,168 alexa rank and a growing Google trends for the site, and the huge affiliate marketing potential on the blog, I also think that I made the right desicion for not selling this blog for $65,000

The good news is this:
Again, perfect timing! As I announced yesterday about the new school, I will be revealing details about it throughout this month.
Well, I think that students will be happy that a big part of the school will be about (My number one passion) Blogging, and how to profit online from it. (Hint: The last sentence includes the name of the new school).
Also, I think students will be happy to know that I will include instructions and details on how to use and rank in alexa, how to integrate Google services into your everyday life and of course into your business, and ways to get a good “Organic” Google trends rank for your blog or website.

But there is a twist this time!

Unlike our last open call, we are changing the requirements and rules to join the team. Due to a very high demands and over 50 bloggers responded to our announcements and updates, we had to up the requirements.

Now, due to recent blogs merging into one, this blog is not about marketing only, instead you can blog about these major subjects:

• Web 2.0
• Social Networking
• New services
• eBay
• New electronics and gadgets
• Global warming issues
• Living green
• More… (Check available categories)

There are 2 levels to blog with us now:

First level is as a guest blogger you will not receive any payments for your posts until you qualify for the next level. The only requirement for this level is that all your posts will have to be approved first and we might edit some posts.

Of course you can add any links (Affiliate links allowed, but no ads links), you will also benefit from the great exposure this blog has and more links to your own blog or business.

To qualify for the next level, here is the requirements:

We will need your commitment of at least 5 blog posts a week (More is better), the second requirement is to reach 100 posts before we start sending you payments for each post.
