What a start, before anything started, Omarosa shows that she was not supposed to be in this show at all by acting like a child.

Then Stephen asking to quit and Mr. Trump moving him to the ladies team, however he could not be there this episode for personal business.

I do not think that Piers was understood right even until the 6th episode, he had to act in a certain way to join the wave, we shall se what happen later.

Here is episode 6 exclusive summery from the blog:

While tempers still simmered, Mr. Trump gave out this week’s project. The teams would create a store display window to promote a new Serta mattress with an extra – it is designed by Vera Wang, the noted couturier of bridal apparel. Vera Wang and a Serta executive would pick the winning window.

Stephen arrived on the women’s team, then immediately announced that he had to leave for a few days to attend a religious event. Omarosa, the self-elected Empresario leader this week, couldn’t believe his nerve.

Then both teams met with the judges, who explained that the winning display window would have: 1) creativity; 2) brand imaging; and 3) entertainment value.

The Hydra team brainstormed for ideas under the calm gaze of Lennox, this week’s project manager. Trace showed his magical way with words again this week by coining the slogan, “The World’s Greatest Romance Deserves the World’s Best Mattress – Vera Wang by Serta.” Then the men decided to build on their “World’s Greatest Romance” theme by hiring actors to portray Antony and Cleopatra in their window.

Omarosa, remembering that Vera Wang designs wedding gowns, coined the theme, “The Perfect Marriage: Serta and Vera Wang.” The women decided to have Carol and Stephen play the roles of a bride and groom in their window.

The judges liked both windows, but picked Hydra’s because it was more creative. In the boardroom for the firing, Omarosa blamed Nely and Marilu for the loss. Then Mr. Trump fired Nely because she had failed to ever step up as a leader this season.

My thoughts:

Do not take votes on one decision, collect ideas and share in voting for best business results.

Don’t just listen to your clients, you have to deliver as well, learned from Gene weeks ago, but Omarosa does not pay attention.

Step up to the occasion and work harder than you think that you can, it will help your credibility in the future.
